Return and Size Exchange Policy

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

  • Wittee has a make-to-order model. These products are made and shipped as per order. It allows us to offer thousands of designs always available in all sizes, colors, and styles.
  • We do not hold physical inventory of these products but we understand selecting the perfect size/fit might not be possible in one go. Therefore size exchange varies for different apparels.
  • For T-shirts, Oversized T-shirts, Crop Tops, Full Sleeves – size exchange is allowed within 7 days of purchase. Customers need to bear the exchange courier cost of 150/- (90/- for pickup and 60/- for replacement courier) per product to initiate the size exchange. 
  • For Hoodies and Sweatshirt – Size exchange is allowed only if product was purchased with size exchange guarantee. 
  • For Womens Fit T-shirts – size exchange is not allowed as these products are added on request. 
  • Products bought at Lucky Size Sale price will not be eligible for size exchange.
  • We provide free replacement if you receive damaged/wrong product. 
  • To raise a size dispute with size chart, please send a photo of t-shirt overlaying a measuring tape, if size variation is more than 1 inch from size chart, we can help with the replacement.
  • Due to limited time period of relevance. Coldplay themed Merch bought between 1st Jan 2025 to 31st Jan 2025 will not be allowed for size exchange. Please refer to size guides and make an informed choice. You can also email us at help@wittee.in with your chest/bust measurement or a full size photo for size assistance.
  • Please send an email to help@wittee.in with your order number , product name and required size to apply for size exchange. 
  • Exchange with a different color, or with any other product, etc. is not allowed.
  • We do not provide return and refund for subjective reasons.

WHAT IS YOUR REPLACEMENT POLICY

  1. In the rare instance of misses from our side such as a defective product reaching you OR missing items in your order. We have the below policy
    If you end up with the following cases, we will help you at our best as mentioned –
    • In case of any damaged, incorrect or missing item, you will need to contact us at help@wittee.in with product images within 48 hours of delivery or else we will not be in a position to offer you any support.
    • In case of an incorrect/different item received other than the original item ordered, contact us with images of product and packaging at help@wittee.in to support the claim. Request you to allow us 2-3 days to refer to our in-house expert team for a quality check and if found valid – we will initiate a pickup of the product & issue you a replacement of the same product.
    • We will initiate a pickup of the product. However, the product needs to be in the same condition as the customer might have received with tags and labels intact.
      • Any damage to the print, crumpled up garment with creases etc. due to improper packing will be considered a damage that the customer needs to bear & will be sent back to the customer as is – only if the customer agrees to pay the shipping charges.
      • If the product seems used/might have perfume fragrances etc – then they will not be eligible for an exchange & will be sent back to the customer as is – only if the customer agrees to pay the shipping charges.
    • Products specially running on sales/discounts or bought via gift card options are explicitly not eligible for any exchanges or returns.
    • We do not offer a cancellation once the order is placed. 
     

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Since all our products are made-to-order. This is how we are able to offer thousands of designs always available in all colors and sizes. This is why we cannot provide return and refund.

Points to consider

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. It takes around 7-10 days for complete exchange process
  • Any On Sale item/ items bought at sale price is not allowed for Return/Exchange.
  • If size exchange guarantee is not availed at time of checkout, product will not be eligible for size exchange.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

We accept the following payment methods through RazorPay and PhonePe:
UPI( GPay, PhonePe, Freecharge, etc), RuPay, Credit Card/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, etc).

All the payments are secured via SSL and Razorpay, and PhonePe

WHAT ARE IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINE

Since all our products are made to order.

Standard Delivery (Free) takes 2-4 business days to print and ship the order. Once shipped, you’ll get the tracking link in SMS and email. Overall it takes us 5-8 business days to deliver the order.

Rush Delivery (chargeable) – Order is dispatched next day and delivered in 3-5 days.
