How much time does it take to deliver the products?

We have a make to order model, products are dispatched in 2-4 days and delivered in 5-8 days with standard delivery. With rush delivery, dispatch next day and deliver in mostly 3 days for airport city and 4 days for nonairport cities.

What's the status of my order?

We have a make-to-order model, orders are dispatched in 2-4 days and delivered in 5-8 days with standard delivery. With rush delivery, orders are dispatched dispatch next day and deliver in mostly 3 days for airport cities and 4 days for non-airport cities Once shipped, you’ll get the tracking link in SMS and email. If it has been more than 4 days (or 2 days in rush delivery) and you still haven’t received the shipping notification or tracking details, please email us at help@wittee.in with your order ID.

Since we have a make-to-order model, we have placed some restrictions on COD orders. Orders up to 800/- are allowed in COD. Place a COD order only if you’re really sure about receiving the order.

I want to cancel/modify my order.

Please write to us on help@wittee.in to make changes to the order before 11:59 pm on the date your order was placed. We will modify/cancel the order and a confirmation will be sent on email.

My payment got deducted but I haven't received order confirmation yet.

It happens rarely but due to technical/netwrok issue it is possible that your money got deducted but order isn’t confirmed. Please email us a screenshot of succesful payment at help@wittee.in. Only thing I would hope them is to make fabric bit more thick and rest the printing and also the sizing was upto the mark
