Exchange and Returns
- Wittee has a make-to-order model. These products are made and shipped as per order. It allows us to offer thousands of designs always available in all sizes, colors, and styles.
- We do not hold physical inventory of these products but we understand selecting the perfect size/fit might not be possible in one go.
- Size exchange is allowed within 7 days of delivery. Customers need to bear the doorstep pickup courier cost of 99/- per product to initiate the size exchange.
- Exchange with a different color, or with any other product, etc. is not allowed.
- Please email us at help@wittee.in for size exchange.
- Products bought at Lucky Size Sale price will be eligable for exchange only if you pay difference amount + 99/- pickup fees.
- We provide free replacement if you receive damaged/wrong product.
- We do not provide return and refund for subjective reasons because we have a make to order model.
- To raise a size dispute with size chart, please send a photo of t-shirt overlaying a measuring tape, if size variation is more than 1 inch from size chart, we can help with the replacement.
- Orders with custom design requests cannot be exchanged.

We have a make to order model, products are dispatched in 2-4 days and delivered in 5-8 days with standard delivery. With rush delivery,  dispatch next day and deliver in mostly 3 days for airport city and 4 days for nonairport cities.

There might be distortion in printing your piece, ideally it shouldn't happen but this is a popular design and a fairly simple print and we never received any complaints regarding design/print. Suggest you to email us at help@wittee.in highlighting the distortions in print, we can help you with replacement in case of defects.
First, the delivery was quite fast compared to other competitors. When I placed my order, I found the price somewhat reasonable due to the unique design of the t-shirt. However, upon receiving the t-shirt, it felt slightly overpriced.
I assume you maintain a standard stock of t-shirts and apply screen printing before dispatch to manage inventory and cost efficiency.
My comments are intended to be constructive and not to undermine your product. I genuinely like the t-shirt and am offering feedback for your future improvements.
**Quality:** The quality is fair—neither excellent nor poor.
**Fabric:** The fabric could benefit from a softer feel, perhaps through a chemical wash or by using a better composition, such as CVC or cotton-spandex blends.
**Stitching:** While the stitching is good, the pattern does not seem to meet standard specifications. Please consider following UK or Indian norms for t-shirt patterns. The current pattern makes the shoulders appear bulky and the shirt look short and laousy. Incorporating spandex could improve the fit.
**Printing:** The printing quality is good but too heavy. This causes sweating as it restricts airflow. The print appears freshly done, evident from the crisp lines, which left marks on my vest after a few minutes of wear. Washing the t-shirts before shipment might help resolve this issue. The primary concern is the printing weight and size. It is too bulky
**Positive Aspects:** The shipment process is commendable.
**Overall Value:** The t-shirt offers reasonable value for money, particularly if intended for party wear. I would rate it 3 out of 5.
The concept is promising, but the market is highly competitive. To succeed, focus on becoming a trusted brand and turning first-time buyers into repeat customers, which is challenging but achievable.
**Areas of Improvement:**
- Address sizing issues.
- Optimize printing processes as it is your unique selling proposition.
- Improve patterns and shapes, perhaps by studying established brands like US Polo.

Regarding pricing, we do not have screen printing and mass manufacturing model. All our products are made-to-order which comes at higher manufacturing cost but this allows us to offer a large variety of designs always available in all sizes and colors. We have the most affordable price for the variety and options we offer. That being said, we will improve upon the factors mentioned in your review so that we get at least a 4 star in your next review.
