How much time does it take to deliver the products?

We have a make to order model, products are dispatched in 2-4 days and delivered in 5-8 days with standard delivery. With rush delivery, dispatch next day and deliver in mostly 3 days for airport city and 4 days for nonairport cities.

What's the status of my order?

We have a make-to-order model, orders are dispatched in 2-4 days and delivered in 5-8 days with standard delivery. With rush delivery, orders are dispatched dispatch next day and deliver in mostly 3 days for airport cities and 4 days for non-airport cities Once shipped, you’ll get the tracking link in SMS and email. If it has been more than 4 days (or 2 days in rush delivery) and you still haven’t received the shipping notification or tracking details, please email us at help@wittee.in with your order ID.

Since we have a make-to-order model, we have placed some restrictions on COD orders. Orders up to 800/- are allowed in COD. Place a COD order only if you’re really sure about receiving the order.

I want to cancel/modify my order.

Please write to us on help@wittee.in to make changes to the order before 11:59 pm on the date your order was placed. We will modify/cancel the order and a confirmation will be sent on email.

My payment got deducted but I haven't received order confirmation yet.

We appologize for the inconvenience, at the same time we assure you that your money is safe. It happens rarely but due to technical/netwrok issue it is possible that your money got deducted but order isn’t confirmed. Please email us a screenshot of succesful payment at help@wittee.in. Exchange and Returns

Wittee has a make-to-order model. These products are made and shipped as per order. It allows us to offer thousands of designs always available in all sizes, colors, and styles.
We do not hold physical inventory of these products but we understand selecting the perfect size/fit might not be possible in one go.
- For printed Apparels - Size exchange is allowed within 7 days of delivery. Customers need to bear the exchange courier cost of 160/- (100/- for pickup and 60/- for replacement courier) per product to initiate the size exchange.
- For Plain Apparels - Size exchange is allowed within 7 days of delivery. Customers need to bear 1 way shipping charges for exchange (100/-)
- Exchange with a different color, or with any other product, etc. is not allowed.
Products bought at Lucky Size Sale price will not be eligible for size exchange.
We provide free replacement if you receive damaged/wrong product.
To raise a size dispute with size chart, please send a photo of t-shirt overlaying a measuring tape, if size variation is more than 1 inch from size chart, we can help with the replacement.
Orders with custom design requests cannot be exchanged.
Please send an email to help@wittee.in with your order number , product name and required size to apply for size exchange.
We do not provide return and refund for subjective reasons.
