  • Wittee has a make-to-order model. These products are made and shipped as per order. It allows us to offer thousands of designs always available in all sizes, colors, and styles.
  • We do not hold physical inventory of these products but we understand selecting the perfect size/fit might not be possible in one go.
    • Size exchange is allowed within 7 days of delivery. Customers need to bear the doorstep pickup courier cost of 99/- per product to initiate the size exchange.
    • Exchange with a different color, or with any other product, etc. is not allowed.

  • Products bought at Lucky Size Sale price will be eligable for exchange only if you pay difference amount + 99/- pickup fees.
  • We provide free replacement if you receive damaged/wrong product.
  • We do not provide return and refund for subjective reasons because we have a make to order model.
  • To raise a size dispute with size chart, please send a photo of t-shirt overlaying a measuring tape, if size variation is more than 1 inch from size chart, we can help with the replacement.
  • Orders with custom design requests cannot be exchanged.

How to Wash and Care:

  1. Turn the t-shirt inside out when washing and drying.
      By turning the garment inside out, the printed ink rubs against less material when tumbling in the washer or dryer. This simple step can really elongate the life of a printed t-shirt.
  2. Use a mild laundry detergent.
  3. Tumble dry on low or go the old fashioned route and hang it to dry.

Shipping and Return:

  1. Invoice and order confirmation will be shared immediately after placing the order
  2. Tracking link will be shared via email and address
  3. You can return the product within 7 days of delivery if there is any defect in the print or there is a disprancy in the size ordered and size received. Refer to our return and refunds policy

The quality of the material does not feel great; not sure if it is 100% cotton as mentioned in the description. Don't think I'm going to get much wear out of this.

The print might look glossy and saturated at first its a characteristic of DTF printing, so that it doesn't fade with time and becomes less glossy. The fabric and print definitely gets softer after washing because the washing process breaks down natural fibers and removes starches, creating a looser, softer feel. Nevertheless, end of the day your feedback and opinion matters and thank you for sharing it. I'm sorry we disappointed you.
