How much time does it take to deliver the products?
We follow a make-to-order model which means every product is printed after we get the order.
Orders are dispatched in 2–4 days and delivered in 5–8 days with standard free dispatch.
With paid rush delivery, orders are dispatched the next working day and delivered in 4– days to most Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities.
Once shipped, you’ll receive the tracking link via SMS and email. If you haven’t received a shipping notification within 5 days, please reach out to us on Instagram or email.
How can I trust that I will get my prepaid order?
Wittee has been selling niche designs on high quality fabric and affordable price since late 2021. We are official merchandise partner of bands like Parikrama, and Time Throttle. We have an active community of thousands customers who regularly tag us on Instagram. It includes some credible influencers like Nishchay Verma, the Daga Saga, Parikrama Band Members like Subir Malik, Jheel Mehta and many more You can check our instagram at instagram.com/witteedotin/

In case your prepaid order is not shipped in 7 days or delivery is not attempted in 15 days, you can claim full refund for the order, by messaging us on Instagram or Email.Â

How can I edit or cancel my order?
In order to modify or cancel your order. Please contact us before midnight on the day of placing the order.Â
Since we have a make to order model, it allows us to offer thousands of rare niche designs always available in all colors, sizes and fits. We do not allow order cancellation after midnight of placing the order.Â
The order cannot be cancelled in case there is a mistake in entering the address/phone number. We can however initiate RTO and reship the order at no extra cost.
What is the Status of my order?

We follow a make-to-order model. Orders are dispatched in 2–4 days and delivered in 5–8 days with standard delivery.Â
With rush delivery, orders are dispatched the next day and usually delivered in 4Â days for airport cities and 5Â days for non-airport cities.
We send notification on email that order is sipped and tracking link with subject “Note added to your Wittee order”.
If it has been more than 4 days (or 2 days for rush delivery) and you haven’t received the shipping notification, please email help@wittee.in or DM us on Instagram @witteedotin.Â
What is your return and exchange policy?
- Wittee has a make-to-order model. These products are made and shipped as per order. It allows us to offer thousands of designs always available in all sizes, colors, and styles.
- We do not hold physical inventory of these products but we understand selecting the perfect size/fit might not be possible in one go.
- Size exchange is allowed within 7 days of delivery. Customers need to bear the doorstep pickup courier cost of 99/- per product to initiate the size exchange.
- Exchange with a different color, or with any other product, etc. is not allowed.
- To create size exchange order. Login with the same email address. Go to My account > Orders > View Order.Â
- Products bought at Lucky Size Sale price will be eligible for exchange only if you pay difference amount + 99/- pickup fees.
- We provide free replacement if you receive damaged/wrong product. The damage or mistake should be clear and obvious. Reach out to us at help@wittee.in with product photos to claim replacement or refund.
- We do not provide return and refund for subjective reasons because we have a make to order model.
- Orders with custom design requests cannot be exchanged.
Why am I not able to place COD order?
We have a make-to-order model, that is how we have some restrictions on COD orders.
COD is only available for regular and oversized t-shirts under ₹750.
For regular and oversized t-shirts too, some products and pin codes are disabled for COD based on our previous experience and data. If you are not able to see COD option, please trust us and place a prepaid order. Wittee has been selling t-shirts for over 4 years now. You can see hundreds of customers on our instagram in our story highlights and also search about us on reddit etc. In worst case, if you place a prepaid order with correct address and phone number and we or courier company fails to deliver it within 20 days, you can cancel and claim full refund for the same.
Please place a COD order only if you’re sure about receiving the order.
I want to edit Phone Number or Address
For smooth delivery experience, we urge customers to enter full and detailed address and correct phone number. In case you want to edit the phone number or address, please reach out to us before the order is shipped. Ideally on the same day. We use third-party courier companies to help us deliver these orders.
Courier company do not allow phone number change once the order is in transit. In such cases, we can request the courier company to change the phone number, but there is no guarantee. In worst cases if you do not receive the order due to address/phone number/OTP issue, the order comes back to us as RTO. We can reship it without any extra charges. But the RTO takes time (5-15 days) as return orders are always shipped via surface.
We do not provide cancellation and refund in such cases because all our products are made-to-order.
My payment was deducted but I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Your money is safe. Occasionally, due to technical or network issues, payment may go through but the order may not be confirmed. In other cases customers enter wrong email address, and therefore never receive the confirmation email.
Please send a screenshot of the successful payment to help@wittee.in or DM on Instagram along with email address used.

How do I choose the correct size?
All our products have size charts on product pages. To choose the correct fit, we recommend you to measure your chest and order as per “To fit your chest size” measurement. The garment chest measurement is for reference and has a margin of error of 1 inches. Therefore we recommend ordering as per “To fit your chest” measurement for a comfortable fit.Â
If you don’t know your chest measurement, you can reverse check the size from any t-shirt/shirt you ordered online and fits you well.
Check their size chart to reverse calculate the chest size and order accordingly. You can also DM us on Instagram for size assistance.Â
How to get a custom T-shirt
You can create custom t-shirts using our canva-like product designer tool on products in this link. You can upload designs and use text tool etc. This is the quickest way to get custom t-shirts.

What fabric quality do you use?
Wittee uses premium bio-washed, pre-shrunk 100% cotton fabric for comfort and durability. and breathability
Fabric weights:
Regular T-shirts & Crop Tops — 180 GSM
Oversized T-shirts — 220 GSM to 240 GSM
- Acid Wash T-shirt, buttoned shirts – 240 GSM
Hoodies & Sweatshirts — 320 GSM
Which priinting techniques do you use
We have both DTF and DTG printers, with 4 years of experience and expertise, we chose the appropriate printing method depending on the designs.Â
For Your Reference:Â
1. DTF – It is more durable, last longer, is more bright and vivid. But its less breathable, has a hard touch and texture. We use this for small size designs like logo print or text t-shirts etc.Â
DTG – It has soft hand feel, accurate colors and gradients. More Breathable. But it starts fading after 30-40 uses and gives vintage fade feel to the t-shirts. Used for bigger and complex designs like band t-shirts or designs which cover large area to ensure breathability and comfort.Â
