WHAT IS YOUR REPLACEMENT POLICY?

 
  1. Since we have a make-to-order model, we cannot provide size/color exchange, however, we can give a one-time coupon code of 250/- (for regular t-shirts) 300/- for oversized T-shirts 400/-  for sweatshirts and 500/- for hoodies if you order the same design in a different size or color. And you get to keep your original order as well. Our T-shirts make a really good gift for your friends and family. This discount can be availed only for one product, once per customer.  Please reach out to us at help@wittee.in for such issues.
    We provide detailed size charts & fabric details in the description of all our products.
    However, sometimes there might be a few misses such as a defective product reaching you OR missing items in your order. The policies below have been crafted to address the same.
    If you end up with the following cases, we will help you at our best as mentioned –
    • In case of any damaged, incorrect or missing item, you will need to contact us within 24 hours of delivery or else we will not be in a position to offer you any support.
    • In case of an incorrect/different item received other than the original item ordered, we will images with packaging to support the claim. Request you to allow us 2-3 days to refer to our in-house expert team for a quality check and if found valid – we will initiate a pickup of the product & issue you a replacement of the same product.
    • We will initiate a pickup of the product. A nominal pickup charge has to be borne by the customer depending on the address. However, the product needs to be in the same condition as the customer might have received with tags and labels intact.
      • Any damage to the print, crumpled up garment with creases etc. due to improper packing will be considered a damage that the customer needs to bear & will be sent back to the customer as is – only if the customer agrees to pay the shipping charges.
      • If the product seems used/might have perfume fragrances etc – then they will not be eligible for an exchange & will be sent back to the customer as is – only if the customer agrees to pay the shipping charges.
    • Products specially running on sales/discounts or bought via gift card options are explicitly not eligible for any exchanges or returns.
    • We do not offer a cancellation once the order is placed. Pre-paid orders cannot be cancelled especially once the transaction has gone through. 
    • Any type of a refund from Wittee will be transferred minus the nominal platform charges/Shipping fee.
    We also assist with sizing guidance or any other query via whatsapp.

Points to consider

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 
  • Only one product exchange is allowed per customer only if size assistance was taken and size exchange was agreed upon prior to placing the order. 
  • Any On Sale item/ items bought at sale price is not allowed for Return/Exchange.
  • All items from 449/- series are ineligible for return/exchange,
  • Pickup courier charges 100/- for t shirt and 180/- for hoodie/sweatshirt will be borne by customer.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

We accept the following payment methods through RazorPay:
UPI( GPay, PhonePe, Freecharge, etc), RuPay, Credit Card/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, etc).

All the payments are secured via SSL and Razorpay.

WHAT ARE IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINE

Since all our products are made to order. It takes us 1-3 business days to print and ship the order. Once shipped, you’ll get the tracking link in SMS and email. Overall it takes us 3-6 business days to deliver the order.
