How much time does it take to deliver the products?

We have a make to order model, products are dispatched in 2-4 working days and delivered in 5-8 working days with standard delivery. With rush delivery, dispatch 1-2 day (excluding sundays and holidays) and deliver in mostly 4 days for airport city and 5-6 days for nonairport cities.

What's the status of my order?

We have a make-to-order model, orders are dispatched in 2-4 days and delivered in 5-8 days with standard delivery. With rush delivery, orders are dispatched dispatch next day and deliver in mostly 3 days for airport cities and 4 days for non-airport cities Once shipped, you’ll get the tracking link in SMS and email. If it has been more than 4 days (or 2 days in rush delivery) and you still haven’t received the shipping notification or tracking details, please email us at help@wittee.in with your order ID.

Since we have a make-to-order model, we have placed some restrictions on COD orders. Orders up to 800/- are allowed in COD. Place a COD order only if you’re really sure about receiving the order.

I want to cancel/modify my order.

Please write to us on help@wittee.in to make changes to the order before 11:59 pm on the date your order was placed. We will modify/cancel the order and a confirmation will be sent on email.

My payment got deducted but I haven't received order confirmation yet.

It happens rarely but due to technical/netwrok issue it is possible that your money got deducted but order isn’t confirmed. Please email us a screenshot of succesful payment at help@wittee.in. Wittee has a make-to-order model. These products are made and shipped as per order. It allows us to offer thousands of designs always available in all sizes, colors, and styles.
We do not hold physical inventory of these products but we understand selecting the perfect size/fit might not be possible in one go.
- Size exchange is allowed within 7 days of delivery. Customers need to bear the doorstep pickup courier cost of 99/- per product to initiate the size exchange.
- Exchange with a different color, or with any other product, etc. is not allowed.
Please send an email to help@wittee.in with your order number , product name and required size to apply for size exchange.
Products bought at Lucky Size Sale price will be eligable for exchange only if you pay difference amount + 99/- pickup fees.
We provide free replacement if you receive damaged/wrong product.
We do not provide return and refund for subjective reasons because we have a make to order model.
To raise a size dispute with size chart, please send a photo of t-shirt overlaying a measuring tape, if size variation is more than 1 inch from size chart, we can help with the replacement.
Orders with custom design requests cannot be exchanged.

I ordered my usual size after checking the size chart on the website. The T-shirt fits too tight and the length of the sleeves is small compared to other T-Shirts that I own.
When I checked on website, there is no option to return or exchange the product. The email address on the website is of no use either. They don’t respond.

Size exchange is allowed on wittee at 99/- per product to partially cover courier and operational charges, you can simply apply size exchange and steps are outlined on all product pages.
